There's a new trend that rips me a new one: How everything marketed nowadays must be "Extreme". I blame Extreme sports and the morons wanting to sell something.
Adverstsing targets a certain demographic, and lucky us, that demographic had to be pre-teens. I groan at the thought. When you advertise an item, please make the ad make sense.
Why should plain candy be considered X-treme? I don't know about you, but I will not touch anything, much less eat something that's pure sugar. Adding more sugar to an already sugar coated item wont make it tasty, it'll give you diarrhea. Please think twice before marketing your sugar laced crap. That is all.

To be fair, the endearing trend that has resurfaced is the saturation of sex in the marketplace as well as monogamous anomie, meaning the discouraging of strictly monogamous relationships. Free love died in the 60's. It was only a matter of time before it resurfaced for corporate America. Funny how things work. By funny, I mean asinine.
